Learn what we're all about!
In June 1931, following an advertisement placed in the Kitchener Record, a group of artists held their first meetings together and the “Art Society of Kitchener” was born. Fast forward to present day where a vibrant community of over 100 artists still gather together to network, mingle and share learning experiences as the Kitchener Waterloo Society of Artists (KWSA).
Whether a professional artist or a hobbyist, a painter, sculptor, photographer, or more, all are welcome to join our membership. Our monthly meetings are a mix of socializing and presentations to inspire, educate and celebrate the many facets of art as a form of creative expression and, for some, a professional endeavor.
We currently meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month. Click Meetings for more information.
