His work was selected for display in the 3rd Kitchener-Waterloo Art Biennial in 2007. Marinko participated in the world’s first art fashion show at the Art for All Canada conference in 2011. His work is also included in the Kitchener-Waterloo “Talent Next Door” book.
Marinko’s work is in the collection of the Vatican in Rome, Italy; the recreation centre, Fort McMurray; the Calgary Catholic Museum, Alberta; and churches in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, and Kitchener. Marinko’s portrait of the former president of Croatia has hung in the Croatian Parliament buildings.
