After taking a few introductory watercolour courses at Homer Watson Gallery, I felt the need to paint something larger and on a canvas. For 2 years now I have been taking lessons at Alder Creek Studio in New Dundee and have been exploring different styles in both acrylics and watercolour.
My inspiration for my paintings comes from a love of camping and boating on Georgian Bay. Often on these excursions I would feel a great need to paint the landscape and capture the beauty of the area.
