Our gatherings offer a balance of business and pleasure and give you the space to network, the resources to create, and a community to support your growth.

KWSA’s Monthly Meetings are traditionally the first Wednesday of each month (often at the 44 Gaukel Creative Workspace in downtown Kitchener.) It’s when we update members on upcoming shows, events and news. They often feature guest speakers, demos, and opportunities to get together, share and connect!

Shows & Opportunities are announced regularly and are open to all members. We believe that art is meant to be seen. Exhibitions are the culmination of the creative process… a chance to step out of the studio and share your vision with the public. All shows are designed to spotlight the talent within our community and provide our members with opportunities to display their work. Whether you are an emerging artist or an established professional, our exhibitions are a platform to build your CV, sell your work, and connect with art lovers across the region.

Learning Opportunities & Workshops are created by members and are available to our community and beyond. From field trips to specialized workshops, we offer low-cost ways to learn new skills. Have an idea for an activity? We are member-driven and always open to new suggestions.
