Group Shows

Open to ALL members!

At the KWSA, we believe that art is meant to be seen. Exhibitions are the culmination of the creative process—a chance to step out of the studio and share your vision with the public.

We organize a diverse range of shows throughout the year, designed to spotlight the talent within our community and provide our members with opportunities to display their work. Whether you are an emerging artist or an established professional, our exhibitions are a platform to build your CV, sell your work, and connect with art lovers across the region.

Important Submission Guidelines

Member Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific drop-off dates, sizing requirements, and details for each individual show.

  • Each show will have its own specific theme, deadlines, and requirements, so please read the "Call for Entry" details carefully before submitting.

Entry Fee e-transfer to - kwsamembership@gmail.com

  • All entry fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application. This fee supports the cost of installation, administration, and insurance.

Originality & Fresh Work

  • Originality: Works must be the original, sole work of the submitting artist.

  • Fresh Work: While we consider all submissions, we strongly encourage you to submit new pieces that have not yet been shown with KWSA.

Selection & Curation

  • While we support all artistic visions, we must consider the specific constraints of the venue, the audience, and the available space.

  • The KWSA team and venue coordinators reserve the right to make final selections based on suitability and space limitations.

Insurance Coverage - Your work is protected!

  • While hosting venues often carry their own policy, your entry fee includes limited group insurance through KWSA to ensure all work is covered against loss or damage for the duration of the show.
