Biography /Statement My background in psychology and art inspires my work and I believe that I combine my skills and my knowledge to create a valid physical interpretation of the feelings and experiences of a person. My work is like opening another window to the physical and emotional celebration of the human body. Through this window, I look for harmony and beauty in that which surrounds us in life. The creation of figurative artwork not only depicts the emotions of the artist, it transforms the artist’s emotions. To use the human body in painting is the most difficult, because it has to be right anatomically. I approach my painting with integrity, which is the essential of my personal and emotional connection with our time and culture. This presents many opportunities for me to adopt different perspectives and leave the viewer something to think about.
