Shows are open to all KWSA members! Each show has its own theme, deadlines and requirements. Please make sure that you read the details and submission requirements before submitting your work. Works must be the sole work of the respective Artist. We encourage current work that has not yet been shown with KWSA.

All KWSA shows below have their own unique themes, details and requirements. Unless otherwise noted... the terms here apply to all:

• Send entry fee by etransfer to: [email protected]. Entry fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance to the show. ​
• ​If there are too many pieces for the allotted space, the KWSA team in coordination with the hosting venue will make the final selection(s).
• While the hosting venue may have insurance against loss or damage, KWSA will also have group insurance that covers all work. The cost of this insurance is included in the application fee.
• While we encourage and support all work and Artist visions... we must consider the venue, audience and hosting space when selecting work to show. The KWSA team in coordination with the hosting venue will make the final selection(s).
